Privacy policy

Our privacy commitment

Omnigan is operated by Phules Armada Ltd., a company in Ontario, Canada ("we" and "us"). This policy covers omnigan.co, its contact form and its updates emails. In short:

  • We collect only what we need to answer you and to send the updates you asked for.
  • We never sell personal information, and we use no advertising trackers.
  • Analytics run only if you allow them, and you can change your mind at any time.

Questions and requests go to our privacy officer at privacy@omnigan.co.

What information do we collect?

  • When you contact us: your name, work email and organization, how many people work there, the systems it uses, when you want to start, and the decision you want help with.
  • When you sign up for updates: your email address, and when and how you confirmed it.
  • When you join the Omnigan Hoops waitlist: your email address and whether you are a player, coach or scout. We use them to tell you when Omnigan Hoops opens.
  • When you visit: your IP address and basic request details, which our hosting provider uses to deliver pages and block attacks. Our forms also check that a submission comes from a person.
  • Only if you allow analytics: which pages are viewed, your browser type and country, and the page that sent you. This uses no cookies and builds no profile of you across sites.
  • Your cookie choice: stored in your browser so the site remembers it.

Why do we collect it?

  • To reply to your message and follow up on the work you asked about.
  • To send the updates you signed up for.
  • To keep the site and its forms secure.
  • With your permission, to see which pages are read so we can improve them.

How do we get your consent?

  • Sending the contact form is your consent for us to use what you wrote to reply to you.
  • Updates need two steps: you enter your address, then press "Confirm" from the email we send. Nobody joins the list without that second step.
  • Analytics stay off until you choose "Allow all" or turn them on in the cookie settings.

Who do we share it with?

We share personal information only with the companies that run parts of the site for us:

Information processed outside Canada may be accessible to authorities under the laws of those countries. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We tell you which providers hold your information if you ask.

How long do we keep it?

  • Updates subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. We keep a record of your confirmation and unsubscribe so we can show what you agreed to.
  • Your cookie choice: until you clear your browser's storage for this site.
